Shipping policy

Please allow 1-3 business days for Vita Plus to pick, pack, and prepare your order. Usually every package is shipped out within 24h but in some rare occasion, delay can occur.

On regular day volume, order placed before 2h00 PM are shipped the same day. In the event of an order placed past 2h00 PM, the shipment would be shipped out the next business day.

Once your package has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent.

Tracking number is provided with every order to ensure a proper follow-up on the package location at any time.
