Great product HORRIBLE customer service

I ordered my product( i have been a repeat customer for a while now) after almost a month of not receiving my order, I wrote asking what happened. I was told my order "WAS FORGOTTEN". Never a sorry or well make it better. They said we will ship it immediately. The next day i checked the status and it said it hadn't been shipped yet. I emailed the The same person and was told we ship at 3 pm daily. I then informed i need the weight gainer ASAP due to my son needing to gain weight to leave for the Army in February. I was informed if i didn't like their response he'd immediately cancel the order. Never a sorry or any type of empathetic or any responsibility. I informed them this would be my last order due to their responses and was again asked if i wanted to cancel my order. i said no. My order was not shipped for 3 more days. I HATE reviewing with bad responses BUT this was inexcusable HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service and responses
