The box I received was battered and seemed to have been opened and re-taped. Then the product itself had its seal opened exposing product prior to reaching me.

Cedric handled the situation well and sent me the same product to ensure that the customer’s complaints were heard as well as resolved.

This is my second purchase of Isopure whey protein powder from this out of US company. It’s been my past experience that when I make purchases outside the country it will come by sloooooow boat or pack mule so I take that into consideration when purchasing. HOWEVER, this company is different from the norm. I made a purchase and it took 4 days including a holiday for my purchase to arrive at my doorstep…Wow! Just Wow great job VP
