I love the product and wish it was available from the USA. It is only available from Vita plus in Canada. Even with the shipping protection I am still able to get the product I request.

Cookies n cream is fantastic!! Every morning, I make a protein shake using it, and add a fresh brewed doubleshot of espresso. Mix with ice and ENJOY!!!

I reported the information below to your rep Cedric, and thankfully he was able to resolve it professionally and quickly.

The box I received was battered and seemed to have been opened and re-taped. Then the product itself had its seal opened exposing product prior to reaching me.

Cedric handled the situation well and sent me the same product to ensure that the customer’s complaints were heard as well as resolved.
